What we collect when you send an enquiry, why we hold it, and how to ask us to delete it.
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: name, phone number, email address, project location, approximate area and anything you write in the message field. If you call or message us on WhatsApp we hold that correspondence.
The estimator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not transmitted to us unless you choose to attach them to an enquiry.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and — if you engage us — to run the project. We may also keep a record for our own commercial and legal purposes.
We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Project records are retained for as long as required by contract, tax and limitation law.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to build@xploor.in and we will respond.
This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand which pages are read, and this notice will be updated to say so.
