These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you send through it. They do not form the construction contract. Any project we undertake is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.
The site is operated by Xploor Constructions Pvt. Ltd., registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
The estimator on this site produces an indicative range for guidance only. It is not a quotation, not an offer, and not capable of acceptance. It assumes a level, accessible site with normal soil conditions and no statutory complications.
A binding price is issued only in a written quotation signed by an authorised signatory, following a site survey and against a defined drawing set and bill of quantities.
Project descriptions, areas, dates and photographs are published for illustration. Areas are approximate and measured on differing bases. Completed work may have been altered by owners after handover.
Where a client has asked us not to identify them, details are anonymised or omitted.
Information you submit is used to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Please do not send confidential drawings or commercially sensitive material through the website form. Use email or a shared folder so it can be handled properly.
We may retain enquiry records for our own commercial purposes for a reasonable period.
The content, layout, photographs and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating us as a contractor. You may not republish, resell or systematically extract the content without written permission.
We take reasonable care over the accuracy of this site but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website alone — including any decision taken on the basis of the estimator.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies. This version is dated 1 August 2026.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the website.
